These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the e8e8 platform and all its services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any service, you are agreeing to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. General Terms

2.3 One Person, One Account

Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

3. Account Management

3.1 Password Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Always keep your login credentials confidential and do not share them with anyone. e8e8 will never ask for your password.

3.2 Account Verification

e8e8 may request necessary documents to verify your identity at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete. Refusing to provide documents or submitting false information may result in account termination.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If an account remains inactive for an extended period, e8e8 may mark it as inactive. Inactive accounts will be handled in accordance with our policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

e8e8 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions may only be made through these methods.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The following limits apply to each payment method:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (for each method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800 (for each method)

4.3 Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. In some cases, additional time may be required due to verification or security checks.

4.4 Transaction Authenticity

You must use a payment method registered in your name. Depositing or withdrawing through a third-party account is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be referred for investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳8,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies on bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

Please keep the following in mind regarding bonuses:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Each bonus has its own expiry date; unused bonuses are cancelled after expiry.
• Violating promotion terms may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same holder.
• e8e8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

e8e8's VIP program has four tiers. Tiers are advanced based on regular play and betting activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All decisions made while betting or playing games on e8e8 are your own. The platform reserves the right to cancel or correct any transaction due to a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Odds may change depending on match conditions. Bets that have already been confirmed cannot be cancelled.

6.3 Casino Games

The casino section includes slots, live games, fishing games, and various table games. Each game's own rules apply. e8e8's decision is final regarding outcomes arising from technical issues on the game provider's end.

6.4 System Errors

e8e8 reserves the right to cancel any winnings or bonuses incorrectly awarded due to a technical error. Exploiting software bugs or errors is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e8e8 platform:

• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Fraud, manipulation, or playing via bots.
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts.
• Use of third-party accounts or funds.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Harassing or defaming other members.
• Infringing e8e8's intellectual property rights.
• Use of any automated software or scripts.

8. Limitation of Liability

e8e8 bears no responsibility for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet connection disruption.
• Losses caused by interruptions to third-party services.
• Losses resulting from misuse of a user's account credentials.
• Service unavailability during technical maintenance.
• Issues arising from external causes (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).

e8e8 holds no liability for financial losses arising from gaming through the platform. Gaming is conducted entirely at the user's personal discretion and the user bears full responsibility for any risks involved.
